    We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Dot Dot Jewellery. However, if this is not the case, we will be happy to accept your return, within 30 days of purchase.

    Please note earrings are non-returnable. Items must be in a re-saleable condition. Any items that are tarnished or discoloured due to poor care i.e. chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not our fault.

    If you find a fault with your item, you must make us aware within 24 hours of receiving your order.

    UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99

    All orders purchased before 3pm GMT Monday - Friday are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days with The Post Office. Standard delivery to most of the UK should arrive within 3-5 working days. All orders purchased on the weekend and public/bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. If you place an order on a public/bank holiday you may experience a slight delay.

    Custom and Taxes

    Please be aware the prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties, these charges may vary for each country. As a customer ordering products you will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel.
